existing site conditions, track permit submission and code
requirement issues, provide budgets and value-engineering

estimates, material procurement analysis, long leadtime list
development, subcontractor evaluations, and schedule development. We
identify potential construction related issues up front rather than
during a critical or potentially costly phase of the project. The
