We investigate existing site conditions, track permit submission and code requirement issues, provide budgets and value-engineering suggestions and provide leadership and consulting services to the entire project team.
When a client brings Corbett on board at an early point in the construction process we deliver with detailed cost estimating, material procurement analysis and long lead list development, subcontractor evaluations, and schedule development. We identify potential construction related issues up front rather than during a critical or potentially costly phase of the project.
