Communication
From the first client meeting to the completion of a project, consistent communication is essential to our ability to build the highest quality space at the most competitive price. We must have a complete understanding of the expectations of both the owner and the architect before we communicate their requirements to our subcontractors and suppliers. Corbett Construction holds weekly project meetings with all the parties involved on the owner/tenant side, as well as weekly subcontractor meetings. Our ability to understand, manage, and meet the expectations of every member of the construction team sets us apart from the competition.
